Jefferson County Public Library is seeking a full-time Patron Experience Associate for the Belmar Library to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to diverse patrons. You will help patrons locate resources, recommend reads and assist with online services while supporting a welcoming library environment.

The role supports community access to information and resources, with responsibilities across information desks, programming, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Public Library customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline information, referrals and reader's advisory assistance to patrons.
• Assist with program promotion and outreach, both in-library and off-site.
• Help maintain collections and support basic circulation tasks.
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive environment and high-quality service.
