Job summary

Boise State University’s Morrison Center seeks a part-time customer service lead to manage daytime box office operations, respond to inquiries, and uphold the department's Three Es.

You will supervise student staff, handle ticket exchanges, upsell subscriptions, and support select events, ensuring a high-quality patron experience.

This on-campus role offers up to 19 hours per week, with a focus on empathy, efficiency, and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Office support and front-line customer service experience.
• Experience interpreting complex information such as regulations or policies.
• Experience coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements.
• Experience using ticketing or operational policies.
• Supervisory or lead experience in arts/venue settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line customer service and show support.
• Manage MCC Service email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as daytime box office supervisor during shifts.
• Oversee on-site shift for select shows and events.
• Upsell subscriptions, group sales, and upgrades.
• Coach part-time student staff during shifts.
• Handle ticket exchanges and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with routine ticketing records and day-of-show sales.
