• Experience managing day-to-day operations and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patron Services & Operations, ensuring smooth front desk and box-office operations.
• Supervise 8–10 hourly staff, manage scheduling and performance.
• Oversee ticketing, reports, and system management for events.
• Support patron communications and perform on-site admin tasks during events.
