Job summary

Town of Parker is seeking a Box Office Lead to manage ticketing for the Cultural Department and PACE Center, overseeing sales, refunds, and patron communications. You will support events, coordinate with renters, and ensure accurate reporting and a high-quality audience experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in ticketing, box office or a closely related area.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Training in or ability to obtain TIPS certification for on-premises alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office operations and customer service for events and rentals.
• Coordinate ticketing for PACE, Schoolhouse Theater, and cultural programs; maintain patron database.
• Prepare settlement reports, manage ticket inventory and cash handling.
• Assist with on-site maintenance of ticketing system and software support.
• Staff Patron Services and coordinate group sales and ticket adjustments.
