Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cash register operation preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual applicants desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests a positive first impression of the Grand Theatre and offer superior patron services.
• Sell tickets and manage patron information using patron management software; prepare financial receipts for deposits.
• Answer phone, voicemail, and email professionally and promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for patrons with information on Grand activities and theatre opportunities.
• Multi-task during shows to assist window customers and support other front-of-house staff.
• Handle minor patron issues such as seating errors and ticket discrepancies.
• Maintain theatre appearance and presentation; participate in training as required.
