Tanner Primary Care of West Paulding is seeking a Front Office Representative to be the patient’s first contact in a busy local clinic in Temple, GA.

You will manage check-in/check-out, collect payments, post charges, schedule follow ups, answer phones, register new patients, and help patients with questions while maintaining accuracy and a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires excellent communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Excellent public relations skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with coworkers, Tanner Medical Group, medical staff, patients, families, and third-party payers.
• Ability to organize for maximum time utilization, productivity, and smooth patient flow.
• Proficient use of computer equipment.
• Detail oriented and able to switch-task.
