Job summary

Tanner is seeking a diligent front desk professional for patient check-in/check-out, billing, and scheduling in Carrollton, GA. You will handle telephone inquiries, register new patients, and coordinate follow-up appointments, while delivering friendly, accurate service to patients.

• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out duties including entering charges, collecting deductibles and coinsurances, posting payments and scheduling follow up appointments.
• Answer telephone, register new patients and make appointments.
• Multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.
• Communicate proactively and assist patients with questions and requests as necessary.
