MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking a Patient and Guest Relations Representative to serve as a primary contact for patients, family members and visitors. You will provide information about patients and services, direct or escort guests, and help resolve problems in a 24/7 setting while upholding hospital standards.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, with a flexible schedule including potential off-shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Experience with general office tasks preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes patients and visitors and provides information and directions.
• May coordinate or escort to locations and answer questions.
• Maintain information desks and assist with inquiries.
• May issue photo identification badges to associates/vendors/contractors.
• Monitor entrances and assist with parking when needed.
• Assist with guest services and arrange transportation or accommodations as required.
