Qualifications

• 1–2 years patient registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect necessary data.
• Assist with scheduling and registration using designated systems; provide patient education on payment options.
• Greet patients and review information upon arrival; adhere to HIPAA regulations.
