Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR AED certification within 3 months of hire.
• Experience working with patients and multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing and transports patients to designated areas.
• Transport equipment, medical records, specimens, meal trays and materials.
• Dispatch resources using critical thinking and the dispatch database.
• Serve as liaison between team resources and customers; manage daily operations.
• Demonstrates effective time management.
• Adhere to safe patient handling policy and equipment competency.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and safe environment.
• Assist nursing with basic patient care.
• Perform job-specific duties as assigned.
