Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Full-time Patient Transport Associate to greet patients and visitors, assist with luggage, and coordinate transport within the facility. You will safely valet park vehicles, assist with registration, and provide essential support information as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 2 years in a customer-facing environment. BLS within 6 months is preferred; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• BLS certification within 6 months preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/visitors upon arrival.
• Assist patients/visitors with luggage and help in/out vehicle.
• Process valet claim ticket according to procedures.
• Safely valet park and direct traffic in front of the facility.
• Register patients and visitors and coordinate movements within the facility.
• Educate patients and visitors about available support services.
