Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Guest Services Specialist to greet patients and visitors and coordinate parking and transport within the hospital campus.

You will operate valet services, assist with luggage, direct traffic, and provide information about available support services to patients and staff.

This role requires strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS certification within 6 months.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist patients/visitors upon arrival to the facility.
• Assist all patients/visitors with luggage and assistance in/out vehicle.
• Safely valet park, secure and retrieve in designated parking area.
• Directs patients, visitors and staff to appropriate parking areas.
• Provide education to patients and visitors and answer questions regarding essential support services.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner for the transport of passengers, equipment and materials.
• Maintain traffic control on the front drives and entrances by ensuring fire lanes and no parking zones are clear of traffic.
• Adhere to Advocate Health policies and procedures.
