Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Representative to join the pCare Services team at Penn Presbyterian. You will provide front-line service to patients and hospital staff, supporting our patient-facing technologies and ensuring services meet expectations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Shifts are at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, with a 12:00 pm–5:00 pm schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, providing essential in-person support for patient TV systems,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
