Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and staff to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).

Position Summary

Uniguest is seeking a customer service-focused candidate to join our pCare Services team as a Patient TV Support Representative. In this part-time position, you will help support the maintenance of our technical solutions deployed in hospitals by providing front-line service to patients and staff.

With a range of technologies from patient bedside TV to digital signage, to mobile apps and video conferencing, pCare by Uniguest creates personalized customer experiences in healthcare and hospital environments. A successful candidate will be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records. Flexible Shifts - up to 30 hours/week

• Locations:
  • Maimonides Medical Center (4802 Tenth Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11219)
    • Monday & Wednesday
    • 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST
  • Brooklyn Hospital Center (121 Dekalb Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11201)
    • Tuesday & Saturday or Sunday
    • 1:00 PM -5:30 PM EST
• Flexibility Offered: Any 4 hours between 11 am to 6 pm - 30 hours/week

Primary Responsibilities
