Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Representative to join our pCare Services team at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. You will provide front-line support to patients and hospital staff, ensuring our healthcare tech solutions operate smoothly and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting with teammates, guiding users through system features, and replacing small equipment as needed in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings, including COVID-19 and Flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
