Job summary

AssistRx in Orlando, FL is seeking a patient-centered Call Center Representative to greet patients, assess needs, triage requests, and enroll customers into Patient Solutions. You will act as the first contact, ensuring timely follow-up with physicians, pharmacies, and other external partners.

Responsibilities include data entry, handling adverse events, and supporting cross-functional projects within a busy call center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-train within the call center.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/call center setting preferred.
• Medical Insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with patients; evaluate purpose and triage calls.
• Enroll new customers to Patient Solutions.
• Record activities in patient database and follow up to secure services.
• Data entry of incoming documents.
• Understand adverse events, identify and record them.
• Complete various special projects as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
