AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Patient Services in Orlando to lead intake teams, oversee enrollment, and drive benefits investigations. You will implement operational strategies, improve processes, and ensure quality goals while building partner relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, recruiting, staff development, project leadership, and process redesign capabilities to drive patient access initiatives and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with supervisory leadership experience.
• Professional leadership experience that demonstrates ability to lead, motivate and manage a telephone-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, analyze and report on KPIs related to patient access processes.
• Hire, coach and develop departmental associates; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with call center management to implement programs for conversion, compliance and adherence.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional special projects.
• Present to external audiences, including healthcare providers and insurers.
