Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Client Support Representative in Orlando, FL to deliver high-level service via phone and online channels. You will handle a high volume of calls, provide accurate product information, and document interactions in our ticketing system.

Ideal candidates have experience in a technical call center and, preferably, Pharmacy Technician certification. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and retain client business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical call center environment preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
