Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in providing best-in-class patient support.
• Provide clinical support in device use and patient follow-up.
• Perform patient follow-up to ensure successful implantation.
• Educate patients on product use via phone or virtual formats.
• Manage administrative tasks including patient documentation and data collection.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to optimize CRM data capture.
• Assist handling complaints and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain knowledge of SPR products.
