Total Respiratory & Rehab is seeking a front-desk oriented team member to assist patients, clinics, and referral sources with home respiratory equipment questions and orders. You will guide patients through hands-on CPAP demonstrations, greet callers and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records to ensure a positive experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare admin/business degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in a medical office, DME company, medical billing, or healthcare customer service preferred.
• Non-clinical CPAP setup experience preferred (no clinical assessments).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional home equipment delivery and travel.
• Familiarity with MS Office and using a multi-line phone system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and guests; check-in for appointments; manage a multi-line phone system and high call volume.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment setup and basic operation guidance per written instructions.
• Demonstrate mask sizing, headgear fit, and device features to patients.
• Assist patients with app usage, device connectivity, and accessing usage data.
• Refer clinical questions to licensed clinicians and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, education provided, and procedures.
