Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare admin degree a plus.
• Prior DME intake, billing, or authorization experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at two locations with travel between Louisville and Elizabethtown.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a warm and friendly manner; manage a multi-line phone system.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment setup demonstrations per instructions.
• Assist with orders, scheduling, and maintaining patient records.
• Refer clinical questions to licensed clinicians as needed.
• Maintain documentation per company procedures and payer requirements.
• Support billing with needed documents for reimbursement.
