• Experience in high-volume telephone-based customer service or patient support.

Job description

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, around 450 per week.
• Support patients with complex, sensitive and emotionally challenging enquiries.
• Work closely with clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure timely patient support.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in high-volume telephone-based customer service or patient support.
• Empathy, patience and emotional resilience in difficult conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Make a genuine difference to patients living with complex medical conditions.
• Work remotely from home within the UK with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
