Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our care-delivery team in Ohio. You will coordinate workflows with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, support clinical services, and enhance communication between patients, providers, and care teams.

This role focuses on clinical support, administrative coordination, and customer service, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/CNA/PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; medical scribing experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient information and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and update patient schedules, admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support care.
• Support telehealth visits and obtain/process patient consents.
• Organize clinical documentation, including lab results and records.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate census and records.
