Qualifications

• HIPAA & Safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Graduated from MA training program or at least 3 years experience.
• Right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: perform intake, verify medications and allergies, document patient history, and conduct validated screenings as needed (e.g., PHQ-2, Fall Risk).
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage the EMR inbox with routing rules for messages, labs and adherence follow-ups to ensure same-day touch.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by having them repeat instructions in their own words to reduce errors.
