Qualifications

• Infection prevention and OSHA – Applies infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: verify meds and allergies, document patient history, conduct screenings.
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage EMR inbox with routing rules for messages, labs, and med follow-ups.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by having them repeat back instructions.
