Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy and specimen processing is required.
• Proficiency with patient interaction and accurate data recording.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure courteous service.
• Collect specimens according to procedures and explain venipuncture to patients.
• Enter patient and billing information accurately into computer systems.
• Prepare and label specimens, ensure proper storage and transport.
• Maintain daily logs and records for PSC/IOPST.
• Assist with clerical duties and basic data entry tasks.
