PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician/Phlebotomist to join the PSC or In-office team. You will perform daily patient service activities, collect specimens, and handle data entry with accuracy while interacting with clients, patients, and PathGroup staff.

The role emphasizes professional conduct, adherence to safety and confidentiality policies, and flexible support to ensure timely specimen processing and reporting. On-site work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomist certification may be required in some states.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers and provides courteous, professional service.
• Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Performs venipuncture and other specimen collections as required, minimizing patient anxiety.
• Labels, processes, and preserves specimens according to protocol and safety rules.
• Completes requisitions in PathConnect and accurate data entry of patient and test information.
• Maintains records, logs, and supplies; supports monthly statistics and data compilation.
