Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Patient Services Team Lead in Cranford, NJ. You will lead a team of front-desk staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate patient registration and documentation while delivering exceptional patient care in a radiology center.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Patient Service Representative within a radiology center.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain a strong team environment.
• Dynamic and knowledgeable leadership attribute

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees and provide training and guidance.
• Coordinate work schedules and oversee front office operations.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Answer phones and schedule patients.
• Greet patients and act as liaison between physicians and patients.
