Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Patient Services Team Lead to manage a front-office team in Cranford, NJ. You will train staff, coordinate schedules, interview candidates, greet patients, and act as a liaison between physicians and patients to ensure smooth, courteous service.

You will also handle patient registration, insurance verification, billing support, and appointment scheduling while upholding privacy and quality standards in a fast-paced radiology center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a Patient Service Representative in a radiology center.
• High school diploma to qualify.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic leadership and ability to foster a strong team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees and provide training, inspiration, and guidance.
• Coordinate work schedules, oversee front office operations, and assist in interviewing candidates.
• Register patients, collect insurance information, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Verify/Update patient, physician, and insurance data for billing; collect co-pays.
• Answer phones, schedule patients, and guide them through the process with empathy.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care and participate in meetings.
• Lead projects to improve center operations and safeguard patient information and property.
