Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa is seeking a FULL TIME Patient Services Representative to act as the liaison between patients, doctors, and staff. You will verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, check patients in/out, and schedule appointments in a professional medical office setting.

The role involves responding to patient inquiries, maintaining charts, and ensuring accurate data entry into the EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist in patient communications and recalls.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Check patients in and out and balance cash drawer.
• Prepare patient charts and file charts upon arrival.
• Post payments and file clean claims; manage referrals in the system.
