Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors warmly to determine their needs.
• Verify insurance information and register patients in the system.
• Assist with scheduling physician/provider appointments and manage appointment calendars.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate data entry on charges and records.
• Uphold Hillcrest Healthcare System policies and provide quality patient care as part of the team.
