Job summary

US Oncology Network is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join the Texas Oncology Round Rock site. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm with no weekends or major holidays, focusing on scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and tests while delivering excellent front-office support.

Under supervision, you will respond to scheduling requests, assist with referrals, and help patients with pre-visit requirements and basic confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical front-office or scheduling is helpful.
• Ability to handle scheduling and patient communications professionally.
