Qualifications

• Ability to operate a computer, multi-line phone system, and basic office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Build and maintain patient charts and scheduling records.
• Balance cash and print daily reports.
• Pull charts for next day appointments and place reminder calls.
• Communicate with billing and treating staff to resolve patient matters.
• Open and sort mail and perform related front desk duties.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in training.
