Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Associate to deliver exceptional front-office support in Creekside Village, CA. You will greet patients, check them in/out, verify demographics and insurance, process payments, and coordinate scheduling while supporting the care team.

The role requires 2–3 years in a medical office, strong communication, and a working knowledge of insurance processes. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years recent experience in a related medical office position preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, billing, and government payer regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/out, and collect payments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments; provide visit summaries and referrals.
• Verify insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations; support billing.
• Support front-office operations, records, and communications between patients and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure a welcoming environment.
