The role demands flexibility and reliable transportation to work at all locations, with a rotating schedule including five 8-hour shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, billing, and maintaining patient records to ensure smooth, compassionate patient care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/patients.
