Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Radiation Oncology - CC department on the Day Shift. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and providers, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating appointments and insurance needs.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and strong computer/EMR skills to support a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with EMR workflows.
• Ability to explain and educate patients on the LVHN portal.

Responsabilités

• Gathers information for patient registration and check-in.
• Obtains insurance authorizations and precertifications.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Maintains patient schedule flow and coordinates with team.
• Handles outreach via phone and EMR messaging.
• Performs scheduling, scanning, billing, and referrals.
