Job summary

Solis Mammography in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PRN). You will be the first contact for patients, greeting and registering them, collecting payments and supporting front desk operations in a busy women’s health center.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate data entry in the RIS system, and collaboration with the care team. PRN hours as needed, on-site at 4001 Long Prairie Rd Ste 115.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Register patients, input demographic and insurance information into RIS, verify accuracy.
• Explain forms and assist with completion, paper or tablet as needed.
• Process paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
• Collect patient payments and explain benefits when needed.
• Prepare paperwork for future appointments and exams.
• Schedule and reschedule patients as necessary.
• Generate daily invoice journal and reconcile payments.
