RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Patient Services Rep to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with physicians, managers, and support staff to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM in Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with relevant experience or training.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Review schedules and prepare for patient visits.
