Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and performing check-in/check-out with professionalism and compassion.
• Reviewing schedules and preparing for patient visits with necessary information.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating follow-up visits.
• Answering routine questions in person and over the phone while delivering excellent customer service.
• Performing clerical tasks including copying, scanning, faxing, sorting, and mail distribution.
• Maintaining and organizing patient health records and documentation.
• Coordinating with insurance providers and handling pre-authorizations and certifications as needed.
• Protecting patient privacy and contributing to a safe, efficient practice environment.
