Revo Health, operating with i-Health, is seeking a Patient Services Representative at our Edina Specialty Surgery Center. This full-time role focuses on patient registration, check-in, and essential administrative tasks to support a seamless surgical experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Customer Service experience required; Administrative/Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients and collect insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance accuracy and update records.
• Enter new or changed patient information from pre-op calls into the system.
• Assist with scheduling and pre-operative phone calls.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
