UW Medicine Primary Care at Issaquah (supports Urgent Care) has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. This part-time role is 36 hours per week with weekend hours and a day shift, located in Issaquah, WA.

The position involves coordinating communications for staff, providers, and patients, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and collaborating with the clinic team to ensure excellent care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.
• An equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging.
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments.
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
• Other duties as requested.
