Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and staff, managing patient records, and assisting with insurance pre-authorizations. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred higher education and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience.
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and performing check-in and check-out with professionalism and compassion.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating follow-up visits.
• Answering routine questions in person and over the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Maintaining patient records and performing clerical tasks.
• Coordinating with insurance providers and handling pre-authorizations.

Education
