Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year medical office experience; eClinicalWorks experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to multi-task are required.
• Experience with electronic medical records software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; front desk duties and patient registration/check out.
• Take payments and schedule appointments; answer phones; provide customer service.
• Cross-trained in medical records, referrals, medication assistance and other areas as needed.
