Job summary

ADVENT in Appleton is seeking a Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, check them in, and support daily clinic operations. You will use our EHR system, schedule appointments, and coordinate sleep study devices to ensure a smooth patient journey.

• 1 year in a medical/healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in using the EHR system.
• Coordinate and order sleep study devices and upload reports.
• Review schedules to confirm insurance and documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience.
• Answer calls and provide overflow support to the call center.
• Open and close the clinic following established protocols.
• Process payments and support daily clinic operations.
• Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed.
• Room patients.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of the clinic.
