Qualifications

• Experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred or minimum of 1 year experience.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed.
• Open and close the clinic following established protocols.

Locations: Green Bay (with occasional assistance at our Appleton clinic as needed)

As a Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.

What You'll Do as a Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative:

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
• Medical Assistant certification preferred or minimum of 1 year experience
