ADVENT is hiring a Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative in Green Bay. The role supports patients from visit through the care journey, handling scheduling, documentation, and basic clinical assistance. A medical setting background and customer-focused approach are valued.

The position is full-time, 32–40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a clinic environment. Training, team support, and opportunities to contribute to patient-first care are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
Medical Assistant certification preferred or minimum of 1 year experience.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Experience with performance-based goals or metrics.
Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians in procedures.
Maintain safety and sanitation of rooms and equipment.
Welcome patients and assist with scheduling needs.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience.
Answer calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed.
Open and close the clinic following established protocols.
Process payments and support daily clinic operations.
Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed.
Onboard and train new staff.
Provide support to market clinics as needed.
