• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical office or administrative setting preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly customer service to patients in person and by phone.
• Assist patients with questions, requests, and general clinic needs.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage physician schedules according to provider preferences.
• Perform patient reminder calls and other appointment-related outreach.
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure patient registration and payer information is accurate and current.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
