Catalpa Health in Appleton, WI is seeking a Client Support Specialist to greet clients, complete registration at the front desk, and answer incoming and outgoing calls in a high-volume setting.

You will document interactions in Epic, coordinate with departments, and deliver friendly, professional customer service to patients and providers. A high school diploma and 1+ year health clinic customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of recent experience in customer service in a health clinic setting.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and completing registration processes at front desk.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and making outgoing calls in a high-volume call center or at the clinic registration desk.
• Completing full client registration and scheduling process.
• Properly addressing client concerns and requests, routing calls and questions to the appropriate department and documenting interactions in Epic.
