Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as telephone operator/appointment scheduler, preferably in a medical office.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette communication skills.
• Basic medical knowledge; vascular knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and process phone calls.
• Schedule patient appointments and input information to EMR.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
