Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with respectful, professional service.
• Schedule appointments, enter scheduling data, and verify demographics.
• Process admissions paperwork and basic insurance verification.
• Calculate patient liabilities and collect payments; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with referrals, MyChart usage, and reporting tracking information.
