Job summary

Raleigh Orthopaedic is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Services Representative for our Wakefield location. You will greet patients, collect information, verify insurance, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires at least 1 year of medical office experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to top-tier patient service. Shifts are three 13-hour days per week, with a rotating schedule including some weekends, and full benefits are provided.
